Happy Co started out in 1995 as a family owned business operating from a farm and a cold store in Nubareya City, conveniently situated in close proximity to farms in neighbouring cities and major Egyptian sea ports in Alexandria Governorate. In 2010 we expanded our operations to include toll-manufacturing and contract manufacturing of food products for others companies, intended for local market consumption and for export. This required the addition of new processing halls and bigger cold stores that increased our production and storage capacity. After the encouraging success in our contract and toll-manufacturing business, at the beginning of 2014, we launched our own brand, ‘KARMA’, which includes a variety of pickled vegetables along with frozen fruits and vegetables.
Catching fish is not just a business – it is also our passion and our calling, and for this reason, in 2017, we joined the seafood processing industry and made it our mission to provide our customers with the freshest and best-tasting fish and seafood.

We specialize in the manufacture and export of fish and seafood from Egypt to international markets, offering highest quality standards and premium packaging.
Our main products include live crawfish and boiled-frozen crawfish as well as boiled-frozen peeled crawfish. We also offer frozen whole fish, fillets, clams, octopus and other bi-products.
